Global Cache iTach devices not available

I just added an iTach device to my HS PRO system however after configuring the plugin I can send commands from the signal configuration page but there are no devices available for creating actions and no devices on the home screen. What did i miss when configuring this plugin?

Also i did a fresh install of HSPRO 2.5.0.49 on a different PC, configured the Global Cache iTach and I'm still having the same issue

It probably won't solve your problem, but the first thing I'd do is get HS up to speed at version 2.5.0.81.

Start by upgrading HS to version 2.5.0.81. That may eliminate at least some possibilities; there were many bug fixes since the earlier version.

Make sure you click on show all devices, and unclick hide devices.
Maybe they are there just not showing?

No devices appear to be hidden

What does the firewall have to do with anything? It is disabled anyway

Thew itach is configured and can send commands

I am not sure why you are looking for a device?
If you are looking to add this to events then use the "Global Cache Send an IR Signal" from the events action list.
See attachment for my Set-up.

Edit: It looks like you will only get a device created for inputs so you can use them as a events trigger.

Ok sorry I did not get that it was not listed in the events trigger as you keep talking about devices and as I said there is no devices created for the output devices only the Actions in the events page.

What have you listed in the events Actions as per the image below as we may work out what is going on if we see that.

also can you paste your message board Help settings for the Help page so we can see that is ok to.

OK I do not want a screen shot of the device list as we know there is no devices. What I am saying is that when you create a new event there is a section that says "choose an Action". You can set this to many different things including "Control a device" or "Global Cache Send an IR Signal". This is the list I want to see.
