All off but HS Dimmers and switches don't show "off"

When I issue an all off, HS switches and dimmers don't update their status. For a test, I polled one switch every 5 seconds and status still shows as "on". Help?

Edit: I am using the latest Z-wave plugin (3.0.1.83).

Can you give more info? When you say issue "an all off" what exactly are you doing, physically turning off the switch or from an app? On the dimmer are they just reporting the same % as before with no change?

I know that my dimmers have been correctly reporting.

Also for both on/off and dimmers update firmware has been released. Are you using that update and was this problem before and after or only after?

They also don't seem to update their status when controlled by Z-Wave association from another Z-Wave device. The control does work, it just doesn't update the status

What switch firmware? Is this still an issue with the latest firmware 5.14?

I still have the original FW - haven't had the opportunity to try updating one yet, though hopefully tonight. However, I don't recall any mention of Zwave associations in the chatter around the FW update.

I did ask about this here

I believe z-wave switches that respond to an all on/off command do not acknowledge that back to the controller so HS is not aware of the state changes. I'm surprised that a subsequent poll does not correct it though. That sounds like a bug.
