I am running HS3 PRO on a Raspberry Pi. This is Raspian GNU/Linux 7 (wheezy). After much frustration I realized that HS3 doesn't use the installed Linux webserver "apache" but something of its own.
I would like to run my own data display cgi scripts under the webserver, so they can be invoked via a web browser. I know how to do this under Apache, and even after I discovered (via trial and error and the HS3 log) where to put the script (/usr/local/HomeSeer/html/) the webserver configuration for HS3 doesn't execute the cgi script when invoked via the browser - instead the browser tries to download it.
I know how to fix this in Apache's httpd.conf file, but I do not know how to fix this in HS3's webserver - where ever it resides on the disk.
Can anyone please help?
Thanks,
John
