I wish I knew this was possible a few months ago. They had one on clearance at my local home depot for cheap.

        How It is done

I am not taking credit for as I found it on the web....

        Here is what I did.

Hold top switch and press reset button on bottom. Hold top switch until recovery screen is displayed. Choose last option to restore to factory.
After restore, when relay boots up and is at login screen, cover sensor at top and hold down bottom switch until relay clicks multiple times. Release bottom switch and you should be at Android home screen.
Open settings, navigate to security, check unknown sources. Repeat step 2 to get back to home screen
Open browser, navigate to apkpure website and download
Chrome (choose version compatible with Android 4.3)
        assistive touch for android 2
Nova launcher so that you can set it as your default home app
Make sure Nova is set as your default home app
Open assistive touch and set it up. I added some favorites for easy access.
Open Wink Relay app, login and update software to latest
After reboot, use assistive touch to go back to home screen
Open Chrome, Google "KingRoot" and download KingRoot from XDA.
Run KingRoot and you should get message that your device is rooted.
Open Chrome, go to apkpure website and search for "full!screen" and download it. Open and install it and set it up to run at startup. I personally set the virtual buttons in the corners to completely clear so you can't see them, but they're there. Also made them small.
(Optional) Search apkpure for "BuildProp Editor" and download and install. Open app and scroll down to "qemu.hw.mainkeys" and change the value to 0. This will enable the bottom navigation buttons.

Just search APKPURE for HomeSeer and this it...

They are selling for $69 at HomeDepot. How well does HS Touch run on the Wink Relay? How is the touch screen response?

            Regards,

Following along, very interested to hear how well the relay runs homeseer? this would be great in a few locations around the house and the cost would be hard to beat for a mini wall mounted screen.

any reason why you couldn't get imperihome to run on this as well?

I just did it. thanks for the instructions. Used most of it, now have imperihome running. The biggest pain is not having access to play store, so I can't download purchased apps.

Are you unable to get Imperihome Pro on it due to this?

                              Can you control the switches?

Is it possible at all to control the two switches in the relay from HS? Are they addressable devices of some sort?
