So I went with the Static IP for the Z-Net and it appears stable.
I didn't get an answer to whether I should keep the Z-Troller disabled, so what the heck - they're both enabled. I think.
I have a "Z-Wave Networks and Options",
The Z-Net is under "Z-Wave Interfaces"
When I enabled it, I think the Z-Troller disappeared. Does that make sense? The Z-Troller still periodically flashes device IDs. The Z-Net of course has no interface and the web interface appears config-only.
