Lost Connection

Hi,

thank you for this great plugin.
In my HomeSeer works fine but only for a 4-5 minutes and afetr i lost the connection with the brigde.
The plugin find the same bridge at the same Ip addrees and ask me to re-register the bridge. In the Philips app on android phone all works fine.

Sorry to hear you have this issue. I also have no clue yet why this happens.
Can you add some more information for me to find a possible cause?

What is the OS you are using the plugin on? Linux or Windows?
Do you have special (brands) lights or sensors on the Philips bridge?

Is it possible for you to do a new installation of the plugin, after removing the files and removing all devices of JowiHue (bridge and Lights)? Be sure to remove the database of JowiHue as well, in the /Data/HowiHue directory.

Once you have removed it do a new installation through the manage plugins page.
