Control Buttons on Device Page for Geofency don't trigger events

First off, this plugin is wonderful. Kudos to you.

I was setting up some events based on entering and leaving my geofence around home and I was testing it using the control buttons "Near", "Not Near" on the device page and the events wouldn't trigger. If I test from the Geofency app, they trigger normally. Don't know if this is expected behavior. Just a heads up to anyone that gets confused about this like I did. I thought my events and scripts werent working at first.

This behaviour is by design. The buttons were originally put there to allow the user to manually re-sync the device state.

It's a fairly quick change to do if folks think it would be better to have it trigger events.
