MS Battery Level - Last Change value question.

I noticed two of my 4 Motion Sensors have not updated Battery Level- Last Change timestamp in the Device Management View for quite a while.

Does the Last Change cell report a timestamp for value change only, or for Last Read?

In other words, even if the setting value was read this morning, but if its the same value as last read 5 days ago, is the Last Change date expected to still show the date from 5 days ago?

    The Log reports:
Mar-18 8:52:54 AM Insteon Setting value for 14.11.BD:4
Mar-18 8:52:54 AM Insteon Motion Sensor 14.11.BD settings read successfully.

    Device Management reports:
    9.0, Garage, MS - Battery Level, 14.11.BD:4, 3/11/2017 2:32:44 PM

As I write this query I more and more suspect its a timestamp for value change only, not last read. For goodness sakes, the cell label is "Last Change", but I guess I need confirmation.

    Thanks,
    randy

My (sole) MS shows a last change for its battery level of Feb 21st, at 8.2v. I read settings every 10 'On commands'. Then, on March 9th, another 'settings read successfully' log entry, but no change to the 'last change' value of the MS.

You could deduct that the 'last change' in fact reflects the last change, not the last reading.

Interesting question - hope Mark chimes in.
