Remote access of HSPhone

Hi,

I recently installed a Way2call box along with ItguyHS script (Thank you) and I am wondering if there is a way to play the messages from a remote location? I have access for remote login into HS3 but not sure if I need to install the HS speaker client on the remote computer or if I could listen to messages through HSTouch.

The messages can be played through a remote browser if you can connect to your HS server. The speaker client is not needed.

Or you can just call your home phone and press # during the greeting. You'll be prompted to enter your phone passcode, then have full access to your messages.
Or, if you wanted to do it from HStouch, there's a whole thread about doing that.

I tried to listen to my voice mail messages from work but I cannot hear the messages. I can login to HS3 and select phone and then the answering machine graphic appears but when I select play under web browser, I don't hear any audio. Any ideas why?

Does it work when you are at home?

It will work at home using the speaker client but not the web browser.

What are you using for a web browser? Works fine for me remotely and at home using Chrome.

That was it!!! I was using IE 11. I tried using Chrome and it worked fine. Thank you very much.
