My devices go in and out of being "offline" on Echo

I am using HS3 Pro Edition 3.0.0.365 (Windows) and had been very impressed with how well this worked with Amazon Echo, until today. Echo goes in and out of knowing what smart home devices I have. For example, everything was working fine earlier today. Then, it stopped for awhile, because all my smart home devices were "offline." After a time, with re-discovery done, everything was back functioning normally. Now, again, tonight, everything is "offline" on the Echo. MyHS.homeseer.com is working fine. Anyone else see this issue?

Amazon has been having a few cloud issues over the last 24 hours so that's most likely the issue.

Same problem here. Had been recognized but now all homeseer skill devices show offline. HS log shows connected to myhomeseer and Alexa app shows homeseer skill setup. Tried removing one HS device from Alexa but it and the others did not go online with new discovery attempt. Non-HS devices continue to work normally with Alexa. No change made in HS version or setup.

Any way to test the myhomeser part of the communication chain? My bandwidth on a good day is 1 MB down and 200K up so my concern is that expected response times through cloud are being exceeded.

It happened again for me briefly last night (offline and then after a time, back online) and currently, all my HS3 devices are offline. However, I have 2 Trane (Nexia) thermostats that are online with Amazon Echo. So, I don't think bandwidth is the problem (mine is excellent), but the connection between myhomeseer and Amazon.

EDIT #2: So, why does this work? "Tell Homeseer to turn on kitchen lights," when this doesn't work: "Turn on kitchen lights?" In the latter case, the Echo gives error message: "Could not find device in profile."
