Weird issue with IFTTT trying to create Homeseer applet

I am trying to create a new applet with the "IF" part being a Homeseer device is turned off. When I select that function, no devices load, it just hangs on "Loading..." On the other hand, if for the "IF" part I select a Homeseer device is turned on, devices load instantly. Anyone else seeing this issue? The applets that I have already created have been working fine. I am presently on HS3 Pro Edition 3.0.0.365 (Windows).

Apparently, this is an intermittent issue. Everything is working for me now, including using an event as a "then" component.

Richel, I am experiencing this same issue except with "device turned ON"; "device turned OFF" was working fine

I called HS3 Customer support and they reset my MYHS service account. I setup a new account. Now I cannot create any new recipies Triggered from HS3.

Can you check and see if you are able to create IFTTT recipies using HS3 device ON or OFF triggers.

        thanks
