Assuming you are running windows. Those errors might be firewall issues. Try disabling the firewall on your HS server.

It would also be helpful if you provided the HS version
O/S version and plug-in version. There is a nice copy and paste option from the Help page that has all that information.

Thank you Randy. Yes, windows version. Firewall is disabled on HS server. Am running a new netgear orbi install for wifi. As I type this, I am wondering if that is causing these issues. Will check tonight when I get home.

Since the plug-in behaves as a controller, you can verify communication between your HomeSeer server and the Sonos devices by installing the Sonos Windows controller (from the Support Home tab) on the server. If it works, the plug-in should, if not you have some sort of network communications problem.

OK, so I downloaded the windows controller. It appears that 1 of my connect amps is not showing on that controller.

When I look from my iphone or ipad I can see that zone. So it looks like there is something going on with that player.

Still a bunch of errors. Nothing consistent. Here are the latest

I am going to start from scratch with the Sonos install and see if that helps. I do have a bridge in the mix and am wondering if that could be causing issues.

Getting close here to a completely stable sonos system. Luckily I have cat 5 everywhere so I hardwired the whole system and disabled wifi on all sonos units. Looks pretty stable now and fast.

Here is one error that keeps coming up when trying to build the db.

An Error occurred in BuildTrackDatabase for zoneplayer = Family Room. Error = Could not load file or assembly 'System.Data.SQLite, Version=1.0.87.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=db937bc2d44ff139' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.

                Ideas? Thank you!

Try the installer to install Sonos again, it won't erase anything but if the DLL got lost, it should install it properly. You were on version 3.1.0.20 so make sure you pick the version posted in the beta section of the installer.

Is HS3/PI running as administrator? The windows speak-to-file subsystem must be allowed to write in the C:\Program Files (x86)\HomeSeer HS3\html\Sonos\Announcements subdirectory. Alternatively, check this sub directory, see if there is anything in it, if there is delete it, do the announcement and see if the file is now being written.

I got it, I got it!

So, had set HS3 to autostart but with wrong privileges... That was causing the issue. Working great now

                          So happy. Thank you all!
