Speak thru handset on internal call

    Hi,

I mainly use HSP + Way2Call to announce callers but today I wanted to use it to issue DTMF commands. The strange thing is that when I take the handset off-hook, HS is "Talking" to me thru the whole house sound card and not the handset.

Tried to look for a command in the IVR script but I'm not to familiar with it. I found "speak" references but none pointing to a specific output.

    Any pointers would be appreciated.

When SPEAK is used in an IVR script, it should only speak down the phone line.
Syntax is just SPEAK:whatever you want to say. I'm not 100% sure, but I think SPEAK has to be all caps.

      Thanks for you reply.

After investigation it turned out that during my W7 fresh install some windows drivers were used and despite installing Way2Call, the phone sound card was still absent.

For future reference, my solution was :
1 - In Control Panel>Device manager I deleted the USB sound card
      2 - Uninstalled Way2Call
3 - Reinstalled Way2Call (Step 2 and 3 were maybe not required but still did it)
4 - Rescanned the device list for fresh detection.
5 - From there the Hi-Phone Desktop USB card was available (See attached)

Because it was absent all prompt were directed to the only available sound card I had.
