HS3 Crashing or Hanging

    HS3 Crashing or Hanging

    I have had a few crashes of HS3 and just now had the whole machine locked up. Following is some info from the event logs (am on Windows 7 embedded)

    can you verify the version of the insteon.dll you are running

    also which homeseer appliance are you using?

        i'm not sure what to suggestion here. Not sure why hs3 crashed.

        check your config folder and remove any old insteon error report log files

        I see rfxcom was recently added, can you run the system without rfxcom and see how it goes

          Config folder

          Using the Linux Tools that is part of my Homeseer Z2 system, I seem unable to get into the Config folder. I can see the list of files and folders, but the "cd" command does not appear to have any effect. What am I missing?

            I have no experience with any of the homeseer appliances.

            but "cd Config" should get you into the folder. if it doesn't maybe you don't have permission.

            have you found any useful info in the related appliance forum?
