How do i clear a fault?

Wife set off alarm accidentally this morning... turned it off from Panel.

still flashing in HS3 device from "Disarmed-ready" to "faulted".

any advice on how to clear the fault? can't find it anywhere.

EDIT: as a side note, my panel does not say faulted.... but i think i may misunderstand this.

I just noticed that if my motion detector sees me, it shows faulted in the device... even when the alarm is disarmed. if that's the case, then it's working correctly.

My problem is that i just created an event that texts me if there is a fault (to me... meaning the alarm went off)... and i keep getting texts.

Guessing i need the trigger to be burglar alarm and not fault.

usually i have to 'clear' the alarm twice after an burglar alarm goes off.

yes, use the burglar alarm as trigger. your trigger should look like the following

IF Vista Alarm System Status becomes Burglar Alarm
you may need to set the event option "Cannot Re-Run For:" to prevent the event from retriggering too often

Do you guys get detailed message in which partition/ zone the alarm was triggered?
I have an email send with the following message body:
"The Security System at Home was set off at $time on $date"
which tells me the time and date alarm took place but it would be nice to know where exactly the alarm was triggered without looking at the panel, like adding "Last Panel Message" to the email body or the actual zone triggered maybe? for example, the log records "MessageKey=ALARM 22 LIVING WINDOW LEFT" ... how do I include this in my message? Thanks!!
