    Air Quality Alert / Trigger

    Hi Jeff,

For the life of me, I cannot figure out what settings need to happen to get the Air Quality Alert to work.

weatherXML Alert: Air Quality Alert issued April 15 at 2:08PM CDT by NWS did not match a trigger

No matter what I try, I cannot seem to get it to fly. I attached the xml file from NO with the Alert.

For the Category, I selected Meteorological assuming from the file it says Met for category.

I think it has to do with the urgency. In the file it is set to Unknown and in HS3 there is no Urgency of Unknown so I selected Any, but that did not seem to work.

    Any suggestions?

    Michael

In this case Any means any of the Urgencies that you have selected. To add Unknown go to the Alerts page. Click on the dropdown labeled Select Alert Severity. Click the box in front of Unknown. Close the dropdown.
Unknown Severity should now show in the Trigger setup.
