    Event Creation Manually triggered or....?

Looking for some suggestions, I got directed today but didnt completely note it.

I am looking to issue a google home command to execute an IFTTT receipt to trigger an event to:
    - turn off 12 light switches
    and
    - turn on an accessory switch (Linear PS15Z-2) for 2 seconds and then turn it off, ONLY if a tilt sensor has an opened status. if the tilt sensor has a closed value, dont turn the accessory switch on.

This event needs to be able to run at any time off day if I've given the Google Home command. I have the 12 light switches as part of another Group Event called "Inside Lights". I am not against turning off 12 devices or running another Homeseer event.

How should I set this up?
Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

    Welcome to the Homeseer Board.

The way I would approach this is to have the IFTTT receipt run a HS event with two actions. (I assume the event would have a manual trigger.)
Action 1 would be to run an event that turns off the 12 lights.
Action 2 would be to run an event to handle your switch. That action would have the advanced option checked to run the event only if the conditions are true.
The event to handle the switch would have manual trigger, and a condition that your tilt sensor is in the open state.
    It would have three actions.
Action 1 would turn on the switch
Action 2 would be a wait for 2 seconds
Action 3 would turn the switch off.
Because the action to run this event is set to check the event conditions, it will only run when you issue your command and the tilt sensor registers open.

thank you, Ive had this setup this exact way for about a year......for some extremely odd reason recently events have been completely deleted and now the "run only if the other event conditions are true" is in the advanced section and not enabled by default maybe? This is extremely convenient because without the other events conditions being respected, it seems impossible for this to work.

anyways, it is now work with this at I literally stumbled onto your suggestion at the same time you posted. Thank you for the input. Greatly appreciated.

"Run only if the other event conditions are true", has always been an advanced option on the Run Another Event Action. This thread from the Event Clinic Forum might help.
