    Error messages flooding log

    Hi Jeff:

I know you are super busy, but if you can explain how to troubleshoot the following error message, I'd appreciate it.
    PHP Code:
getGoogleImageThe remote server returned an error: (413Request Entity Too Large
    Thanks
    Don

    Hi Don,
Hope things are going good for you.

    Two places to check.
On the locations page go to the section Temperature Chart Image Setup
Look at Image Width and Image Height.
Multiply the two numbers and make sure it is not more than 300,000.
    300,000 is the limit allowed.

Next check the section Hourly Forecast Chart Image Setup.
Same limit. Can't be more than 300,000.

      Hi Jeff:

Thanks for the quick response. I think I've narrowed it down to the cumulus download.Every time I hit the run now button I get the error in my log. I looked
at your suggestions and they seem well within your parameters.

Good to hear from you. Hope all is well.

OK, Pilot error here. I had a script trying to read the cumulus file at the same time WeatherXML was trying to access it. Arg!

        My bad.
