When you install the plugin it will create a directory in the html directory.
HomeSeer HS3\html\hspi_weatherXML.
Several pdf files are placed there.
As you work through the setup at the top of the admin pages there is a red image with a white question mark. Clicking that image will open the pdf for that page.--
