Question about multiple accounts

So I have a user I created: let's call it guestHouse. The guest house has its own and all the devices for user guestHouse are on their own "floor".

My user guestHouse has no access priveleges to control anything other than on that floor.

Now, I want guestHouse to have their own Amazon echo to be able to control their floor.

Do I need to buy a myHS premium account? Can I create a user with that service that links to user "guestHouse" on my system. guestHouse has their own Amazon account already.....

Is my understanding correct?
