"Program device for Homeseer" doesn't create link to "HomeSeer All Devices Group"

I have 1 switchlink dimmer that won't create the link to "HomeSeer All Devices Group". No matter how many times I click the Program device for homseer button, the link is never created. I think this is causing me some issues because Homeseer isn't being notified of it's changes (though generally this device is only controlled via HS or Insteon groups".

Should I be worried about this?

    Some info:
    Device Type: Dual-Band SwitchLinc Dimmer
    Firmware Version: 44
Comm Reliability: 100% (0 failed out of 92 cmds)

two different issues but both may be related to a corrupt device link database.

try a factory reset on the switch (see manual) and then use 'reprogram device' function on the device edit page to restore the existing links. then run the program device for homeseer function to restore the missing global link

this should resolve the 'not reporting status to hs' issue and create the missing global link.

you do not need to delete the device from the plugin to do this
