As I'm in Canada I had changed my location accordingly then noticed this after like 5 days - so I thought it was a location issue...

For me... switching to Canada works perfectly. Just changed my location yesterday and no issues with either skill. Mind you, I didn't re-add or anything since I had already added the skill.

I replaced my z-troller with a Z-Net which rocks. Despite having backups of HS3, unfortunately I found that you need to manually create a backup of the Z-wave network. I wish it was automatic.
