WAF is a very important, if not the most important, consideration.

I'm curious. With a normal Decora switch, you hit the top of the paddle to turn on and the bottom to turn off the load. What...

Thanks, Randy and Frank. It's a good day when one can learn.

Randy, I have had Z-Wave items fail, but never had a standard wall switch fail. That is why it was one of my concerns. I do agree it's...

3-Way or 4-Way wiring with all HS-WD100+ dimmers

Hi, all,

Searched, but didn't find an answer.

I'm designing my next home and am now doing the electrical plan. Though I prefer hardwired over wireless (my current home has Centralite's LiteJet...

+1 on POE and 10"

I don't know about others, but I find 4:3 screens more practical than 16:9 for information. Widescreen form movies, 4:3 for work.

Hi, Mark.

I have one I bought in 2007 when I built my house. Never installed it. I'll dig it out of storage if you're interested. Let me know.

Thank you,
Kevin

Centralite LiteJet plugin. I built my new home in 2007 using LiteJet because of the support in HS. It's a hardwired system so I don't have the choice to change.

I'm not familiar with the stat or installation. Sounds like you may have a high-voltage (120V) feed to the heater and thermostat. Many fancy thermostats don't work with 120V, they usually need 24V,...

That's my plan, too. It's a long time between major versions, so getting rid of the baggage of the past, even though the initial setup is a pain, in the long run things run better.
