If you reserve some of the upper ip address eg....

If you reserve some of the upper ip address eg. xxx.xxx.xxx.250 to xxx.xxx.xxx.255 then the router will not assign them to anything so you could put your Znet static address in there.

If you add a virtual devices to a room in HS you can then toggle on / off in HSTouch. I us it all the time for auto manual of virtual flags to mark if something has be set in an event.
