The light switch would still operate the bulb. It just wouldn’t be an electrical connection.
In fact if I could get a small 220 to 24 v transformer I’d use a universal fibaro switch.

What I’d do is rewire the light so it’s always on.
The input to the zwave relay would be use in an event to command the light on / off etc.
The output isn’t used.
