The original Zee was limited to Z-Wave, HS3Touch, Basic Insteon and X10 plug-ins. It does not have access to the full updater.

I think so. You can perform packet tests that can reveal bad communication. You can also use it to set return routes from end devices back to the controller; that feature does not exist in HS3.

We used to have a feature "Z-Health" that did this but quite honestly, it broke more things that it fixed... so it was removed. At this point (2018), Z-Wave is a much better technology than it used...

You need 1 trigger and 2 conditions for each flood senosr. The logic works like this

If sensor 1 changes and becomes 'no event'
AND IF sensor 2 is 'no event'
AND IF sensor 3 is 'no event'

This bug is fixed in HS3 v3.0.0.427 (undergoing testing now). After the update (and going forward), everyone's longitude settings will be correct.
