Errors - Znet Controller

I am getting these errors attached and none of my devices will respond nor run any of my events. I have to manually power cycle my ZNet controller to make things happy again. I am running:

It looks like your Z-Net is dropping off-network or locking up.
Can you get to the Z-Net by browsing to its IP address?

I tried to ping the interface of the Znet controller and was a no go..So is my znet going bad?? Because as soon as I bounced the znet it came back online.
