Install Error

Hello,
Just upgraded the SIP connector to 2.48.2.3 via teh updater. I am getting an error when starting Homeseer (2.3.016)

09/06/2009 20:53:35 - Error - Initializing interface: SIP Connector->Unable to load DLL 'Stipus.SipXTapi.Core.dll': This application has failed to start because the application configuration is incorrect. Reinstalling the application may fix this problem. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x800736B1)

Can you see the dll Stipus.Sipxtapi.Core.dll in your HomeSeer 2 directory ?

Yes,
Stipus.SipXTapi.Core.dll (size 1456kb) is installed in the homeseer root directory along with Stipus.SipXTapI.dll

Can you check the file version of the dll ?

hspi_sip.dll
Stipus.Sipxtapi.dll
Stipus.Sipxtapi.Core.dll

You should also find a pcre3.dll

Still having problem getting the plugin working.

Stipus.Sipxtapi.dll v2.49.2.3
Stipus.Sipxtapi.Core.dll v2.49.2.3
Pcre3.dll v6.4.2194.685

Have upgrade homeseer to 2.3.0.19 but still no luck???

It looks like the VC++ runtime is the problem...

Tell me if this fixed your SIP Connector !
