    Changed to MYHS and worked for a few days...

    and today in the afternoon, it stopped working.

    We are using GeoFency.

    I have the PHL internal web server turned off and am using the myhs URL’s as stated in PHL help documentation.

    If I use port forwarding, I get the attached error.

    Ideas?

    Edit: I went back to direct, using the PHL web server and it must have been a firewall issue. I am embarrassed to say that I really don’t understand Win 7 firewall so just turned it off. If anyone has some pointers I would appreciate it.

    If the myHS service is down for some reason, then you will get errors in whatever mobile app you are using and of course no device updates.

    I don't recommend disabling the firewall. Drop me an email and I will help you set up Windows firewall to work with the plug-in.
