Upgraded to 2.0.127 a few days ago and lost everything, luckily had a back up so replaced the ini and all is well again!

You lost the entire INI file.
Was the INI file completely missing?
Can you confirm what was missing?
Was it just the sensors or all sections of the INI?
      Cheers,
      Bob

The date stamp on the ini file showed it had been overwritten, all sensor data was gone.

Was the [Settings] section still there or was the file completely blank?
          Cheers,

OK I will try and duplicate this and see why it is happening

BTW when I did the upgrade it took 3 attempts before it succeeded.

Happened to me a few times. It happens when Homeseer gets stuck and you need to kill Hs in the task manager or restart the PC when HS is running. I presume the ini file is open for writing, not closed and PC or HS restarts.
It also happened at the same time to an ini file I use for writing some sessions.

I've also had this happened to me, do you want me to send you any logs / files to investigate blade?

Did you have to kill HS3 at all?
I wonder if the plugin was in the middle of writing the xml file
What is the size of the BLRadar.xml file in your config folder
                      Cheers,

I don't recall killing HS3, but not exactly sure when this stopped working. xml file is 57kb with a modified date of yesterday.

If I load it in notepad++ I can see it's full of "NUL"

That is odd - do you have a backup of it you can put back for now
If it happens again, let me know if anything odd happened, like HS3 crashing, etc
                              Cheers,

Every few months I have the same thing happen. BLRadar.xml is all null, and I have to replace it with a backup.
