Keypad LINC not logging a,b,c,d keys

    Hey All,

I noticed Homeseer is not logging my KeypadLinc "a,b,c,d" keys
But i believe it is correctly executing a event if programed when i press a key.
I reset the KeypadLinc and reprogramed the links.

    I have Homeseer PRO 2.4.0.11 and HSPI_Insteon.dll version 1.4.2.1.

Here is my Device Link Table:

Link #16 Button Off controls Kitchen SwitchLinc Dimmer 1 (12.6B.18)
Link #14 Button On/Load controls Kitchen SwitchLinc Dimmer 1 (12.6B.18)
Link #2 Button A has local control reporting to HomeSeer
Link #3 Button B has local control reporting to HomeSeer
Link #4 Button C has local control reporting to HomeSeer
Link #5 Button D has local control reporting to HomeSeer
Link #6 Button Off has local control reporting to HomeSeer
Link #1 Button On/Load has local control reporting to HomeSeer
Link #9 Button A is controlled by HomeSeer using Insteon Link #3 (Button Control Group) - Command: On
Link #10 Button B is controlled by HomeSeer using Insteon Link #4 (Button Control Group) - Command: On
Link #11 Button C is controlled by HomeSeer using Insteon Link #5 (Button Control Group) - Command: On
Link #12 Button D is controlled by HomeSeer using Insteon Link #6 (Button Control Group) - Command: On
Link #13 Button Off is controlled by HomeSeer using Insteon Link #7 (Button Control Group) - Command: On
Link #17 Button Off is controlled by Kitchen SwitchLinc Dimmer 1 Switch/Load (12.6B.18) using Insteon Link #1 - Command: Off
Link #8 Button On/Load is controlled by HomeSeer using Insteon Link #2 (Button Control Group) - On Level 100%, Ramp Rate .1 Sec.
Link #7 Button On/Load is controlled by HomeSeer using Insteon Link #254 HomeSeer 'All Devices Group' - On Level 100%, Ramp Rate .1 Sec.
Link #15 Button On/Load is controlled by Kitchen SwitchLinc Dimmer 1 Switch/Load (12.6B.18) using Insteon Link #1 - On Level 100%, Ramp Rate .1 Sec.

*Any reason they are not in number order?

    Thanks,
    Rob

when you say "not logging my KeypadLinc "a,b,c,d" keys" are you referring to log entries in the hs log or updates to the status page?

the links are in a logical order based on their function so when people need help i can see things more easily.

When i press the a,b,c or d buttons it does not update the status or log an entry into hs log. But it works for the On/Load button and the Off button.

that's strange since your links look correct.

turn on detailed debug logging and post a log snippet that captures a msg from the kpl when you manually press a btn (a,b,c, or d)

I think this will also help..
This is the log of when i tried to poll all insteon devices. I only have 5 devices i believe right now so its not to long.
