    Here it is. After it booted, the Insteon plugin did not work. I disable and re-enabled and it came up fine.

      Your PLM is NAKing all of the initialization requests. this is basically the problem. We need to resolve this otherwise your Insteon performance will be affected.

      Can you do a factory reset on the PLM? (see the manual for instructions)

      what is the PLM plugged into? it should be plugged into a wall outlet directly.

      what else is plugged into that outlet? UPS, or some other noisy electrical device? These need a filterlinc

      use an extension cord to plug the PLM into different outlets and retest

        I was plugged into a wall outlet directly. I factory reset the PLM and so far it appears to work every time. I'll let you know if something changes.
