PLM disconnecting

My connection to the interface is also failing on a daily basis now. It has been rock solid for quite a while now it is frustrating and I have to unplug and plug the device back in to get it working again. I am running version 3.0.6.30 with an 2413U PLM. I checked the error log and did not see any events written to the log. I will try updating the plugin to 3.0.6.36 and see if that makes any difference.

I had debug logging enabled and this is what I saw this morning.

UPDATE: I also just factory reset the 2413U and reprogrammed it to see if that helps. I'll try leaving the INSTEON plugin alone and not upgrade it for now as I have not upgraded it for quite some time and it was working fine.

please check your homeseer 3\config folder for current 'insteon error report xxxx.log' files and post the most recent one.

Thanks, looks like my 2413u unit went bad and I had to buy a new one. I wasn't even getting the power light to come on the unit and must have been the end of life jitters. . Got the new unit, swapped the device in the UI and I am back in business.
