Aeotec Nano Device Automatically removed after inclusion

I have experienced an unusual issue with including an Aeotec Nano ZW-111-B AU that every time it is included, it is automatically removed. I have attempted this a number of time and the outcome is exactly the same. Z-wave 3.0.1.150

Finally got it to stay enrolled, well temporarily and it was working. Then after using the switch, it once again automatically removed device.

        Old thread, I know (sorry).

It's just that this was the only hit on my search as I currently have a similar issue.
I have followed (almost) every tips and tricks out there to solve this. I say almost because there is probably more

My case is that I had a floodlight sensor (Steinel) connected to HomeSeer and that worked fine in the beginning. Then I experienced issues, no connection etc. Figured it was probably because of signal loss to outside of my house.

Then suddenly HomeSeer (or Zwave?) uninstalled this device without any action from me. This was in the log:
"Device Reset Locally Notification received for device xxx xxx Switch Binary - DEVICE IS BEING REMOVED FROM THE SYSTEM"

And afterwards the HS log was filled with these:
"DEVICE RESET LOCALLY: Node removal process completed (Node 32)"
"Node 32 does not exist in interface UZB"
"DEVICE RESET LOCALLY: Node removal process completed (Node 32)"
"Node 32 does not exist in interface UZB"

Since HS had uninstalled Node 32 I could not find it anywhere. Not in the device list, not in the node list, not even in the Zwave backup file. So I could not figure out how to remove it properly. I also tried closing HS and unplugging my UZB stick (Zwave) - no luck.

Writing this post I tried the same again - closing HS, unplugging UZB, but this time I kept it unplugged for about 5 minutes. And guess what - actually seems like it worked! I will check back here if it does not solve itself.

Anyway, why bother writing all this? I guess I hope that somebody might need this info later on :-)
