    TPI Session Closed/TPI Login

I have a Honeywell Vista 20p with the Envisalink 4. Has anyone else been experiencing any TPI Session Closed and TPI Login events? I'm coming from the Envisalink DSC plug-in with the Envisalink 3 and never noticed these events before (I get texted any time the plugin connects and disconnects from the Envisalink).

I'm seeing this fairly regularly throughout the day whether the system is armed or not. When it happens, the plug-in will usually connect right back to the Envisalink within about 5-10 seconds. Here is a snip it of the debug log when the disconnect occurs.

    Feb-11 10:35:25 DEBUG Request: DumpZoneTimers ^02,$

What is the current firmware of your EVL4?

This is a known problem which has recently been fixed in the EVL4 firmware version 1.12.189A. I'm not sure if this firmware has been pushed to everybody yet. If not, you can request the update to be pushed to your board by contacting eyez-on support.

      Firmware Version: 01.01.114A

I'll get in touch with EyezON support and see if I can get the new firmware and confirm the issue is resolved.

      Thanks for the info!

UPDATE: I just received Firmware Version: 01.01.127A and will report back if the issue is resolved.

Ever since the new firmware has been pushed out to the Envisalink, I have not seen any TPI Session Closed events.
