UltraMon3 Plugin No Longer suspending computers

I'm having a strange problem where the UltraMon3 Plugin is no longer suspending any of my computers. I use the UltraMonShutdown service and I ensured that the correct UDP port was opened on the Firewalll. I've removed and reinstalled the service. I n the HomeSeer log I can see UltraMonService Suspend packet was successfully sent from 169.254.63.87 to 192.168.X.X. Is the fact that its sending it from the 169.254 address causing this issue? If so, how do I fix it?

I have tried many times to get this working under Linux. I am about 80% complete, but kept hitting a roadblock with MONO. I am currently reworking how I am storing the data which will make the plug-in Linux compatible. I hope to have this done within the next month.
