ERROR Could not get color frame from Kinect sensor?

Adding a 4th Kinect (soon to be 5,6 with that nice Gamestop sale) - My new one wont allow me to connect to the Cameras for a screenshot, keeps throwing :

ERROR Could not get color frame from Kinect sensor

No FW, running as Admin - Same setup as my other 3 but no luck....

Any ideas from anyone?

I got it - Its a bad Kinect, the other 2 work Fine on that system with the plugin. The Mic's work on it, so it can do VR, but not the camera. I think Gamestop will take it back, but if not, no biggie - I can use it in a room that I don't care about Occupancy sensors in.

Turns out this issue is on another of my Kinect's now that was working ... Have you seen it before?

** EDIT ** - Bandwidth issue - I had a USB extender to another small extender and the small extender was causing the issue....
