Question myhs.homeseer.com down again? (MyHS Service Status)

can't seem to connect... for the last 30-40 min. Anyone else?

myhs.homeseer.com is down again. It has been very unreliable for me the past month or so. I hope they can improve the reliability. myhs.homeseer.com is one of the main reasons for me buying HS3. So far I have been disappointed. If this continues, I guess I will try to setup VPN or port forward. Both options are not ideal for me.

I hope HS company owns up to mistakes like these, issues an announcement of some sort to their customers and proactively issues an extension (or refund) to those who've already paid for the premium MyHS subscription.

It's these kind of things that separate good company from mediocre/bad ones.

If you want a refund then please put in a help desk ticket and one of the HS techs will work with you on this.

I think that misses the point. Myhs has been touted as one of the latest and greatest offerings from homeseer, and it really hasn't delivered. Premium accounts were advertised with priority bandwidth, yet I certainly can't tell any improvement in speed and responsiveness having upgraded.

MyHS is definitely the direction HS needs to go in my opinion, (second only to a new UI that actually looks like it is from this decade) but you guys need to step it up in reliability and delivery of what was advertised to premium myhs customers. I'm happy to provide re-occurring revenue, through premium subscription, to a company which I am sure needs it, but the "well it works fine for me" response these issues always seem to get is lacking.

The server operating system has been updated with numerous patches today. Let us know if you still see this error appear.

I believe they are working on the system to ready it for a faster HS3 experience. At least Mark way saying something like that yesterday..

I'm thinking now there must be something wrong with my system, as the remote WEB system seems to be completely unreliable... If others where having this problem, I have to believe there would be a lot of fuss about it..

No matter what computer, browser..etc I get this ALL THE TIME..

I don't use it anymore, even though I've paid for premium acct.
I just assume it's still in beta....
