Best I can tell, this might be a bug. System TTS will fail if the host PC has multiple NICs that are not connected / not bound to anything. Seems when I debug the output of the plugin it's doing a web callback to a non-connected NIC with no IP:
DEBUG Playing http://169.254.117.69:81/Wave/chrome...0105555597.wav on Master Bedroom speaker
If I disable the NICs in the host to force it to see the only active NIC in the system, then it's OK.
Might need some logic to check which IP to use / bind that HomeSeer itself is using.
