updated to 3.0.0.312 and x10 not working

I updated to 312, and now none of my x10 devices are working. I am using the standard x10 plugin on com1, with a TI103 interface.
the log shows the x10 commands being sent, but they don't go out at all.
I even have an x10 module plugged into the same outlet as the interface for testing and it doesn't do anything. I've updated all the various plugins, restarted the x10, verified settings, etc.
I am on a HomeSeer Series 3 HomeTroller which as worked fine up until the update.
I know there were upgrades to the device programming with the new link feature, did it affect the x10

I been doing this a couple years now, slowly due to funds, so I'm really a noob who has just gotten things to work from reading the boards, til now.
my house is kinda old, the wiring lends itself to x10 a little more than others, although i have some limited use of Insteon and z-wave for locks.

any and all help is appreciated.
    Thanks.

    Just a guesstimate here as I utilize the CM11A / XTB stuff / TW523.

Here utilize X10 and W800 for Christmas lighting and palm pad to run events and manually manage irrigation stuff.

Lighting wall switches have changed over the years from X10 to Insteon to UPB. Use Z-Wave and Zigbee for other stuff.

Try deleting one variable. Turn on debug. Update to V3.0.40

    IE: N1

Shut down Homeseer. Restart HS and recreate the N1 variable. Test it and see if it works.

Note too that latest version of Plugin is V3.0.40

Here still on HS3 Pro Edition 3.0.0.291 (Linux). I have not had issues with v291

Have you tried restarting HS? I just recently installed 312 and have experienced no trouble.

I notice you have BLBackup installed. Do you make regular backups of your HS directory? You could try shutting down HS and copying the most recent backup prior to installing 312 to see if that resolves the problem.

I understand 3.0.0.40 fixes several problems. Is this still beta? I only see 3.0.0.36 in the plug-in list.
        Thanks

          Hi Dave,

Yep, X10 plugin version 3.0.0.40 is still a beta but pretty easy to install.
          Best regards,

Thanks, for the replies... I've been working 50+ hours a week and have just been dealing with no x-10 for the moment. I ordered a replacement for my TI103 with a CM11a, and finally took a day off today.
replaced it and no effect. doesn't even sound my chime plugged right next to it...but it does light up the LED on a powerline repeater...but nothing gets the signals.

I'll try updating to the beta.

Had no problems ever with the x-10 before the upgrade of HS.

upgraded to the latest beta .44

no effect, everything is the same.
I have BLbackup installed, but never got it working so no option to revert to prior to upgrade.

I am stumped. two different interfaces used, both recognized by software, both appear to send SOMETHING out cause the LED on the repeater blinks, but no devices respond. not switches, chimes, rockets, modules, nothing.
I would love to replace all my x-10. but cost is a factor and so is some of the wiring in the old house.

If you check the Developer Mode box on the Manage Plug-ins page, then restart the X10 plug-in, you should get some diagnostic information in the HS log. If you copy and paste the enhanced log messages in a post, it may help to diagnose the problem.

One other thought: try creating a new device from scratch and assign your chime's X10 address to it. Then see if that device behaves any differently from your pre-existing ones.

Also with debug shut off the plugin then enable it. It should connect to the CM11A in about 2-3 seconds. If it takes a while you may have some noise on your power lines near the CM11A. Also concurrently check the HS logs for debug info.

Set up one x10 chimer one house code and move it around the house as you toggle it on and off.

Start placement of the X10 chimer on the same circuit as the CM11A.

                    finally some free time

and the chime won't work even plugged in next to the CM11 or the TI103.
I have powerline repeater that I plug in nearby and it will once in awhile blink when I send a command, but the device being sent to doesn't do anything.
Most times it doesn't even blink.

I've changed the hardware interface, I've changed the com port, I have done everything I can think of short of taking stuff to another house.

                    ugh.

Please enable 'Developer Mode' on the Manage Plugins page then disable and re-enable the X10 plugin (this is required to get the plugin into debug mode).

Then try sending an X10 command. The plugin will provide detailed info that will help us determine whether the plugin is having difficulty communicating with the X10 interface (Ti103 or CM11a) or if you have noise issues on your power line. Post the debug log entries here and we'll have a look!
                        Best regards,

Here just updated to HS3 Version to latest beta v343. Testing the X10 plugin:
                          1 - disabled plugin,
2 - shut down HS and
                          3 - rebooted
4 - enabled plugin and debug
5 - and tested it to be working fine with a CM11A.

I updated to HS v343 from HS v318 (which was running fine too).

Have you seen anything in the debug mode in your HS logs?
Here is my logging showing boot up, version #, sending out a command to my test chimer.
