I've just recently started playing with my Way2Call and the CID passthru/reformat function. There are a couple of issues I'm having and I was wondering if anyone has seen thiese before:
1. If I mute rings until CID is available, when the Way2Call rings the internal phones it doesn't pass the CallerID info for callers who are not in the Homeseer addressbook. If they are in the addressbook, it renames them properly and sends them thru. I want callers that are in the address book to be renamed and callers who are not to just have their CID passed thru. Any ideas?
2. On CID that is generates, the date is reversed (December 7 came thru as July 12 on my Panasonic cordless phones). Any one else seeing this happen?
Thanks,
Sonny D.
