I need some help with a Hometroller installation that was moved from one Nome to another. In the old home it worked just fine. When things got moved, the Hometroller completely deleted the line information from hs and had to be recreated. this along with other settings in windows were reset, odd...
Anyway, I have the system working to a point in that ha answers the phone when # is pressed and her phrase but, does not give me the "ready for speech" tone. No voice recognition works at all.
Voicemails are being recorded ok as before.
The greetings are being played as before.
CID is being passed ok and added to the directory ok. Calls are announced ok.
I am sure it must be a setting(s) in the Hometroller or the hs app but I can't find the documentation that outlines how to set it up.
Any help is appreciated, thanks in advance!

Ok, I unplugged the Way2Call and rebooted everything and plugged it back in and it started working!
