OK you need to execute these steps in this thread because of a debug log change I made

    https://forums.homeseer.com/showthread.php?t=196104

Once that is done, delete the log and do the exact same thing as before and attach the new log zipped
    Cheers,
    Bob

Hmm it should have allowed you to do that
          I will check into it

            cc4005,

Delete the input devices in HS3 and then update to 2.0.63 in the beta section of the updater
            It should re-create them

            wadesready,

Install 2.0.63 in the beta section - you should be able to change the names now and they should not change. Try it on one

Let me know how the build works
            Cheers,
            Bob

Bob, thank you for the quick work on this. I installed 2.0.63 and all devices were created. Main zone input selector has all inputs, including Bluetooth. Excellent! Only remaining issue is the zone 2 input selector still only has the 8 selections (Video1-7, DVD) rather than all 25.

                    More with input selectors

Bob, as I've continued to integrate my receiver using the PI, I've found another aspect of the input selector that's preventing one of my most-used configurations working. Specifically, there are two 2 physical inputs on the receiver that I'm unable to select from the PI: STRM BOX and TV. I don't know anything about limitations of making a PI like this work with a range of Onkyo receivers, but is it possible to either a) add those 2 inputs to the dropdown, or b) map them to unused Video1, Video5, Video7, etc?

Less critical...a feature request would be for the PI to read the input names from the receiver (e.g., CBL/SAT, GAME, AUX, PC on mine) and use those in the drop-down input selector. That is, if it's possible for the PI to read the names.

Below is the mapping for my TX-NR656. The last 2 are the ones I need added.

                    Thanks.
                    Wade

Done. I see TV and STRM BOX in the drop downs for both zones 1 & 2, but they don't seem to be mapped to the receiver inputs. I.e., selecting them in the PI has no effect on the receiver, and selecting them on the receiver sends the PI to the default input (Video1).
