Activities Still showing after delete

I have activities showing up in the list after I do a rescan. I removed them from the Harmony Hub already. I have tried just about everything. Is there a config file or properties file holding on the the name that I can delete?

I had to uninstall and delete everything named Harmony Hub and then reinstall. That worked but a real pain in the butt...
