    Create Notification Event

I'm trying to create an event so that if a house becomes unoccupied for a length of time during the day - and the alarm has not been set, notify me.

Thought this should be easy but my imagination is lacking. I have an Elk, using Ultra M1G3 plugin and I have a virtual device that represents occupancy, on or off.

Starting off with if the house has been unoccupied as a trigger doesn't give me good choices from there...

    Any suggestions appreciated!

Do you have another device that indicates whether the alarm is armed or not?

If you have that, use it as a condition then use the action to send you a message. This will repeatedly run, so you could use has not changed for EXACTLY as your trigger. Otherwise you will need to set a cannot re-run for or another condition to keep from being flooded with messages.

IF house Occupied has been Off for exactly 40 minutes
AND IF alarm is not armed
    THEN Send message
HS4 Pro, 4.2.19.16 Windows 10 pro, Supermicro LP Xeon

Trying to do the "Exactly" method but the next choices still offers only "Then" or "Never". There is no "And" available.

      EDIT
It works now - thank you!
