Cannot get RFXTRX to control one blind

I am relatively new to HS having jumped out of Vera recently. I have the RFXTRX plugin installed and running for the most part (I can control 5 blinds out of six). I can't get the sixth one working through HS even though I can do so successfully through RFXmngr. I copied the same code to the plugin and the setup is exactly the same for all the blinds. I have tried uninstalling then re-installing the plugin. Can someone help point me in the right direction please.

please use this forum for the RFXCOM plug-in:
    https://forums.homeseer.com/forumdisplay.php?f=899

contact support rfxcom.com and provide the following information:
    - the type of blind motor,
    - the unit code and ID used,
    - the HS log information when a command is transmitted with debug level 2 enabled for the transmitters on the RFXCOM - General config page.
