The "Get Zone Names from Panel" doesn't work

I installed the jvCaddx plugin (tried all versions, all produce the same results, i'm currently on 1.4.79.149), running HS2 2.5.0.81. I have run the connection verification scripts here, and they show a good solid connection with no errors or issues. The setup was pretty straight forward and I didn't have any problems, only when I get to the "Get Zone Names from Panel" part, it comes back with no zone names. The debug files show:

On a related note, the device "Last Zone Faulted" never gets an event, so it perpetually stays in "Never set" mode, so i have no way of getting zone faults.

Attached is a zip containing my log files, and a pdf with screenshots of the various relevant pages.

If anyone could advise on a solution I would greatly appreciate it.

Keypad ID 1 required

I found the problem, my NX8 installation has four keypads, ID's 2-5. This plugin requires one of the keypads to be ID 1, apparently that's where it reads from, so merely reassigning one of the keypads to ID 1 and re-enrolling it into the panel solved the problem. The panel names show up now and the devices can be created.
