    EgiGeoZone DeviceID

Can't seem to get past this step after setting up user. In directions, it says:

Set up and configure the relevant app on your mobile device. Once this has been done and an upload attempt has been made from the mobile app, an orange warning entry will be written to the Homeseer log explaining that incoming data could not be matched to a known device. Within that message will be the DeviceID for that instance of the application enclosed in square brackets. e.g.[A123B654C987]. The ID is the part between (not including) the square brackets. Copy the ID from the HS log and enter it here.

So i do that and hit the glasses, and get positive tests for geozone and tracking.

Look in the log and see the following.. with NO brackets anywhere. Am i blind?

    PHLocation Error
(ProcPositionData) Position update received for user [1095] but user is marked inactive!

    PHLocation Error
(phlapi) GET Error: Invalid or missing GET data type for data: dtype=EF&id=d6abac21-287b-3681-aff1-1436ff1e65a0&name=TestGeoZone&entry=1&date=2018-02-03T23:20:43Z&latitude=47.6545868&longitude=-122.088884&device=d6abac21-287b-3681-aff1-1436ff1e65a0

EDIT: so i tried using the device id called out above.. and still get same error (using d6abac21-287b-3681-aff1-1436ff1e65a0)

yes.... i have two devices... one for tracking, on for geofence. neither worked right. and what's weird is that neither show up in device manager... only under the plugin user/devices page.

Try changing dtype=EF to dtype=EG and hitting the glasses button.

The device ID in this case will be: d6abac21-287b-3681-aff1-1436ff1e65a0

        Paul..
