I have 6 CT100 tstats running on HS3; I remotely monitor them via HS3Touch. I am not running any tstat plug in. My tstat devices all report fine as devices, but I am curious about the "Climate" tab. When I open it, I see a familiar tstat display, but only one of my six with no indication of which one it is. How is this supposed to display and how do I make mine do so?

Solved
Make sure your root device isn't checked off as hidden on its configuration page or it won't show in HSTouch. All but one of mine were hidden, unchecked them and they appeared.HS4Pro on Windows 10

None are hidden, but I noticed they don't appear properly "grouped" together. I have no idea why....HomeSeer Version: HS4 Pro Edition 4.2.19.0 (Windows - Running as a Service)
