HS 1997 inconsistent X10 device name translation

I have a motion detector at G1 called "Basement Motion Sensor." When everything is operating correctly, motion will log "G1 (Basement Motion Sensor) G On." However, sometimes I get "G1 () G On." If I open and save the device, it corrects itself. However, it was working right when I started HS, then mysteriously stopped working right.

Any ideas?

Same problem here

I have the same problem.

I have a personal 'quickview' which will frequently show a corrupt page. Its easy to spot where the error occurred, and if I go to that device, open the modify page and save the device (no changes) it corrects it!

This is not only in 1997 - I believe its been there since 1984.

Not much help to you but at leasy you know you are not the olny one.
